
Giovanna Williams, MBA, MS, PMP is an accomplished tech executive leading large-scale system modernization and digital transformation for a federal agency advancing healthcare safety nationwide. With more than 20 years of experience in project management, federal contracting, and community impact, she combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to service.
Giovanna holds two master’s degrees from the University of Maryland; an MBA and a Master’s in Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional. She also studied Criminal Justice and earned an A.S. in Forensic Science and Technology, foundations that connect directly to the Foundation’s mission of supporting at-risk youth and returning citizens.
Her background includes grassroots advocacy with the Project to End Human Trafficking and contributions to national policy through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Presidential Interagency Task Force. Passionate about empowerment and justice, Giovanna brings her leadership and dedication to advancing the Foundation’s mission of lasting social impact.
