Dr. Rebecca L. Fix is an Assistant Professor in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health within the Department of Mental Health. Dr. Fix is also a licensed child and adolescent forensic psychologist. Dr. Fix’s research focuses on three broad aims: (1) reducing the harms of the juvenile legal system; (2) promoting equity in policing and incarceration outcomes; and (3) developing and evaluating strategies to reduce violence among young people involved in these systems.
